It looks as though the work on the new houses (nearly 100) is being delayed.
Various factors are delaying the likely date, for the first residents to move in, including the weather. May 2010 now seems to be the earliest we can exopect anyone to move in. At the same time I am awaiting an update on the development, and availability, of the Farm Bridge for cyclists and pedestrians to get across the A17.
